Put Salt In Your Shampoo Before Showering. This Simple Trick Solves One Of The Biggest Hair Problems

Most people think that salt can be used only in the food. However, it has many more useful applications. It can make our daily lives much easier, while not having any side effects since its 100% natural.

Adding salt in your favorite beauty products can make your hair and skin impeccable

You’re probably using some beauty creams or face wash products. If you add salt to them, it will amplify their effect and make them work better. If your hair is oily, simply putting sodium chloride, or salt, to your shampoo will remove the oiliness.

And the best thing about it is that it starts working just after a few usages! The recommended dose to add is 2-3 tbsp.

It can also be used as a body scrub. However, for this it’s recommended that you use coarse sea salt strictly. To make this paste you need, first take ½ cup of coconut oil and combine it with 2 tbsp of the salt. This is recommended, but adding more won’t hurt you. Then mix them all together, and place the mix in a jar. It should stay in a cool place, until it’s solid.

The best thing about it is that it’s natural, without any chemicals that most products have, while completely inexpensive.

Sodium Chloride as a natural remedy

When you get some wounds or injure yourself, salt can also help you in your recovery. Just take 1 glass of water, add 2 teaspoons of sodium chloride, let it dissolve and put it on the affected area. This will prevent any infections. When you feel a little bit of pain and tingling, it’s a good sign.

If you’ve got a headache, salt can also help you. Just put 1 teaspoon of it in a glass full of water and consume it. In 10-15 minutes the headache is gone.

NOTE: If you’ve got problems with hypertension, be careful and don’t consume too much salt. Otherwise, you might have health problems like increased blood pressure.
